Once you have exited the tunnel you'll travel through the Portage Valley, which is surrounded by hanging glaciers, and continue up the Seward Highway along the Turnagain Arm. Bore tides, beluga whales, and boreal forests are just a few of the things you'll learn about as you go.

Once you get to Anchorage you'll stop for a visit at the Alaska Native Heritage Center. Tour the exhibits inside the center and be sure to take a walk around Lake Tiulana to see recreations of village sites representing geographically and culturally diverse Native Alaskan groups. The tour concludes with drop-offs in downtown Anchorage, at area hotels, and the airport.
