Perched on a forested bluff overlooking the Chulitna River, the McKinley Princess Lodge is a hidden oasis tucked between Anchorage and the entrance to Denali National Park. The lodge's accessible wilderness location makes it an ideal stopping point for guests traveling between the famous park and equally beautiful sites south toward Anchorage and Seward.

The expansive McKinley Princess Lodge property consists of a central main building and several separate guest room buildings surrounded for miles by boreal forest. All guest rooms come with either one king or two queen beds, and preferred amenities like satellite TV, WiFi, ceiling fans, and coffee makers.
For as comfortable as the property's rooms are, most guests are drawn to the welcoming main lodge. There, guests can enjoy a great room with cozy sitting areas and impressive mountain views beyond floor-to-ceiling windows. For those curious about the local area, the hotel puts on Denali State Park ranger interpretive programs. There are plenty of dining options in the lodge. Coffee Bruin Espresso offers hot drinks and grab-and-go snacks. The 20,320 Alaskan Grill serves casual fare in a relaxed setting, decked out in old mountaineering photos and gear. For an elegant meal, the chicly decorated North Fork Restaurant offers a striking view, and a menu featuring local ingredients.
The McKinley Princess Lodge is just off the Parks Highway about 40 miles north of the town of Talkeetna, and 100 miles south of Denali National Park. There is plentiful free parking onsite.
