The Windsong Lodge property consists of the main lodge, several separate guest room buildings located around a loop road, and the Resurrection Roadhouse restaurant. Smooth, well-marked footpaths connect guest rooms with the main lodge and restaurant. There is plentiful free parking. All rooms have exterior entrances.

All standard and deck rooms come with two queen beds, a full private bath, cable TV with DVD player, telephone with voicemail, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Transfers and Shuttles
The Windsong Lodge provides regularly scheduled courtesy shuttle service to and from the Small Boat Harbor (adjacent to the train depot) and downtown Seward (Alaska SeaLife Center). Shuttle service begins at 7 AM and concludes at 10 PM. The lodge recommends that all guests depart the lodge 1.5 hours prior to their scheduled cruise or rail departure time. Special arrangements can be made with the lodge for transportation outside of shuttle operating hours.
