Holland America Oosterdam Overview
Holland America's Oosterdam is a midsize ship offering Holland America's traditional service with an emphasis on modern style thanks to a recent refresh. Passengers enjoy many beautifully designed public spaces, with each flowing into the other through corridors hung with Dutch art and artifacts. The largest of these spaces, the Mainstage and the Vista Dining Room, are located fore and aft respectively. Shops, bars, specialty restaurants, a casino, and intimate music venues connect them. There are two pools on the ship, one with a retractable glass sun roof ideal for cooler Alaskan cruises. There is also an upper deck outdoor jogging track and a walkaround promenade deck.
